The type of refraction process of automatic hot stamping machine manufacturers
The refraction process can be divided into three types: mechanical refraction, laser refraction and screen printing.
(1) Mechanical refraction
Mechanical refraction is to engrave the refraction texture pattern on the metal plate by means of electronic engraving or chemical etching, and then transfer and emboss the refraction texture pattern to the surface of the substrate with great pressure. Mechanical refraction is essentially a dense embossing process.
(2) Laser refraction
The imprinting method of laser refraction is somewhat similar to mechanical refraction, but the formation of the texture of the refraction printing plate is much more complicated. The laser records the picture information on the holographic recording material, forming a very dense grating that is unrecognizable to the human eye.
(3) Screen printing refraction
Mechanical refraction and laser refraction do not require ink, just pass the rigid template and use pressure to emboss the refraction texture onto the surface of the substrate. The screen printing refraction needs to use oil, that is, refraction ink, to copy the refraction texture printing to the surface of the substrate by screen printing. The screen printing refraction method is simple, the technical content is not high, the production efficiency is relatively low, and the anti-counterfeiting effect is slightly inferior to mechanical refraction and laser refraction.
