The plate table and pressing and cutting mechanism of the circular die press are in the form of rolling to rolling. When working, the paper feed roller sends the cardboard between the die plate roller and the pressure roller, and the two rollers clamp the cardboard and roll to complete the molding work.
Because the drum rotates continuously when the circular die press is working, it is suitable for working at high speed. However, the die-cutting plate has to be bent into a curved surface, the plate making and plate-loading process is complicated, and the cost is also high. The die-cutting method of the round press is generally divided into two types: hard cutting and soft cutting. The hard cutting method means that the die-cutting knife is in hard contact with the surface of the pressure roller during die-cutting, the die-cutting force is large, and the die-cutting knife is easy to wear. The soft cutting method refers to covering the surface of the pressure roller with a layer of plastic. When die-cutting, the cutter can have a certain cutting depth, which can not only protect the cutter, but also ensure complete cutting.
Die-cutting equipment is currently developing towards the combination of printing and die-cutting. The die-cutting mechanism and the printing machine are connected into an automatic production line, and the structure is also varied. This production line consists of four parts: feeding, printing, die-cutting, and sending.
The feeding section intermittently feeds the cardboard to the printing section. The printing part can be composed of 4-8 color printing units, and different printing methods such as gravure, offset, flexo, etc. can be used. The production line is equipped with a dedicated automatic drying system.
The die-cutting part in the production line can be either a flat pressing machine or a circular flat pressing machine, and both are equipped with a waste removal device, which can automatically remove the corner waste generated after die cutting.
The conveying part is to collect and arrange the products after the molding process is completed and send them out.
