JDT-1000A Automatic Twin-head Bundling Machine

I. Introduction

   JDT1000 automatic bundling machine simple type is the last process of carton packing, it can be connected with automatic folder gluer to bundle the paper pile automatically. This machine can save labor and increase production yield effectively.

II. Main Features

l The machine is developed on the basis of the belt type bundling machine, equipped with semi-automatic bundling machine knot head, easy operation, no need training special operators.

l Knotting tidy and tight, the head under 72 hours test run before delivery which is ensuring the quality and stability, make the knot failure rate lower than 2‰

l Beak using Chromium-molybdenum alloy processed by a special CNC procedure makes it anti-wear and knot tidy.

A. Conveying unit

1. Side and front aligning cylinder, pressing cylinder all adopts Airtac brand with features of long service life. The limit sensor detecting the carton pile position and control the aligning movements, easy adjustment.

2. Frequency converter control the conveying speed, the operator can choose the best speed based on different carton size.

3. Pusher type feeding method can feed and align the carton pile when moving, also this kind can help the bundling more tighten.

B. Knotting unit

The use of self produced designed knotting head, through ten years of production experience and improvement, make the structure of more scientific and precise, with features of high efficiency, easy maintenance and low cost.

C. Bundling unit

    Mechanical cam and three link rod design imitate the semi automatic bundling machine arm rotary structure, it can increase the working stability and extend device service life. The bundling arm around the beak do clockwise action, with advantages of knot tighten and rope saving.

1. Equip with floating junction between front lay and cylinder rod, to prevent collision hard connect with cylinder, make cylinder’s service life more longer.

E. Rope feed unit

1.Pullback spring structure can store rope, buffering the rope feeding action when machine running.

2.Air-operated rope pressing sheet, can control the bundling tight.

F. Air storage unit

Equipped with double sides gas tanks, can ensure air smooth supply and stable pressure, reduce the cylinder limit by the gas flow.

G. Control panel and adjustment

Automatic adjustment functions, the operator only need to input the carton pile’s width and length, machine’s side lay and front lay will be adjusted automatically.
